Decoration Process
1. Choose your Products
Click Add Your Logo above on your chosen products. Fill out the form and follow the prompts. We will get back to you with an accurate quote within 24 hours.
2. Free Digital Mock Up
Once you accept our quote and we have your logos in the correct files, we will be in touch with a free mockup of your design.
3. Decoration Timeline
Once you have approved our digital mock up, these will begin decoration. Decoration takes 2 - 3 weeks.
4. Shipped To You
Once completed, these will be shipped using Australia Post and you will be provided with a tracking number
FAQs
What files do I need to provide?
All logos will need to be in vector format such as an AI. file, or an EPS. file. If you have Pantone, RGB or CYMK colour codes please send them through.
If you have none of the above, please let us know in your email.
Can I get a sample made?
Yes you can get a sample made! We do recommend getting samples when you are unsure about your design.
Samples come at a small cost, however they show and accurate representation of how the product will look.
The sampling process can take between 3 - 4 weeks depending on the type of sample you are after.
What decoration methods do you offer?
The decoration methods we offer include embroidery, screen print and DTG (Direct to Garment).

Do you offer exchanges or returns?
We do offer exchanges and returns on items that have not been decorated.
Once your items have been decorated, we can no longer accept any returns or changes of mind unless there is a problem with your order.
