For made to order products, we recommend getting a sample prior to any bulk production.
Samples take approximately 3 weeks to be manufactured and delivered.
Deliveries within Australia for made to order products will be shipped using Australia Post or TNT.

Production Process
1. Contact Us
Click on Customise this item, fill out the form, add your logo and let us know any changes you want to make to the product.
2. Design Process
After speaking with you, our design team will create digital mock ups of what you are after.
3. Sample Products
Once confirmed, we suggest sampling the items you are after, this way there are no surprises. Sampling takes up to 4 weeks.
4. Production Process
Once your samples are finalised, they will be put into bulk production. Bulk production varies per product, but falls within 6-10 weeks.
5. Delivery
Once your products are completed, they will be sorted in our warehouse and dispatched directly to you.
FAQs
What files do I need to provide?
All logos will need to be in vector format such as an AI. file, or an EPS. file. If you have Pantone, RGB or CYMK colour codes please send them through too.
If you have none of the above, please let us know in your email. We offer recreation of your logo for an additional fee.
Can I get a sample made?
Yes you can get a sample made! We do recommend getting samples when you are unsure about your design.
Samples come at a small cost, however they show and accurate representation of how the product will look.
The sampling process can take up to 4 weeks depending on the type of sample you are after.
Can I get a different colour garment to what is on your website?
Yes! If you would like a different colour please let us know in your initial enquiry. We can customise these items to your specifications.
